1. Acceptance
By creating an account, booking a test or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years or older (or have parental consent) and accept these terms in full.
2. Services
We provide diagnostic services including radiology (Sonography, Color Doppler, CT Scan, Digital X-Ray, Fetal Medicine, Interventional Radiology), pathology (Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Histopathology), home sample collection and digital report delivery. Tests are not a substitute for medical advice — always consult a qualified physician.
3. Bookings & payment
- Prices listed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Payment may be made online or to the phlebotomist via approved methods
- We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of misuse, abuse or fraud
4. Sample collection
You agree to provide accurate identity, location and pre-test preparation (such as fasting). The phlebotomist may decline collection if conditions are unsafe or pre-requisites are not met; rebooking will be free.
5. Reports
Reports are delivered digitally within the stated turnaround time. Occasional delays may occur due to sample re-testing or external referrals; we will notify you in advance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonoclinic Diagnostic Centre's liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for clinical decisions taken by you or your physician based on a report.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the website — text, images, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to Sonoclinic Diagnostic Centre and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
9. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
