We collect personal information you provide when booking a test (name, age, gender, phone, email, address), health information arising from the test (samples, reports), and limited technical data (device, browser, IP address) to operate and secure our service.

- To process your bookings and deliver test reports
- To communicate booking confirmations, report updates and customer-care responses
- To comply with statutory medical record-keeping obligations
- To improve service quality, only using aggregated, de-identified data
3. Sharing
Health reports are shared only with you (and the referring doctor when you authorise it). We do not sell personal data. Limited operational data is shared with payment processors, sample-collection partners and laboratory information system vendors strictly under data-protection agreements.
4. Data retention
Health records are retained for the period required by Indian medical and tax law. You may request deletion of non-statutory data at any time by writing to info@sonoclinic.co.

6. Security
